(English) Arnold's Measurements

I couldn't have the word "Austria" in the title of this Blog without mentioning the Styrian Oak from time to time.

He made some missteps but he was and is an inspiration for many of us.

In an old article I copied from a magazine years ago, they mentioned Arnold Schwarzenegger's measurements during his heyday. They seemed quite believable to me so I thought they could interest you:

  • Height: 6'2"
  • Weight: 235lbs (didn't mention whether off- or on-season, I thought the latter)
  • Chest: 57'
  • Arm: 22'
  • Waist: 34'
  • Thigh: 28.5'
  • Calf: 19.75'

Obviously, there is a lot of lying going on with such data (leading to many discussion on the Internet), but in this case I think the measurements are quite close to the truth.

Best,
Robert
